Current Initiatives & Direction
Youth CollaborAction approaches international cooperation as a practical system for connecting people, organisations and institutions around initiatives that create measurable social value. Rather than focusing on isolated activities, we develop long-term cooperation structures that combine youth participation, educational innovation, civic engagement and cross-border collaboration.
Our work is built around flexible partnership models that allow NGOs, schools, public actors and independent experts to contribute their strengths within shared European initiatives. We believe sustainable impact comes from coordination, accessibility and the ability to transform local ideas into scalable international opportunities.
An opportunity for developing debates, critical thinking and public speaking skills. The initiative connects 30+ schools, 7 debate communities and over 700 young participants across the Baltic region through English-language educational activities, international tournaments and club development.

Project development, grant writing and funding support for organisations ready to grow
Youth CollaborAction helps private companies, NGOs, educational institutions and civic initiatives develop strong, fundable projects. We support organisations throughout the full project cycle: from identifying suitable funding opportunities and shaping the initial idea to preparing the application, building partnerships and supporting project coordination after approval.
We help identify relevant EU, national and international funding opportunities that match your organisation, project idea, sector, eligibility and capacity. This includes reviewing funding calls, checking requirements and assessing which opportunities are realistic and worth pursuing.
We turn early-stage ideas into structured project concepts: defining the project rationale, objectives, target groups, activities, expected results, impact logic and implementation structure. A clear concept is the foundation of a strong application.
We prepare complete grant applications based on the selected funding call and evaluation criteria — project narrative, methodology, activities, partner roles, expected results, impact, sustainability, budget structure and supporting materials.
We help identify and approach relevant partner organisations, clarify their roles and support communication during the application process. For consortium-based projects, we build balanced partnership structures that strengthen credibility and European added value.

Project & International Cooperation Lead
Aleksei leads international project development and coordination, working with partners, funding opportunities and strategic planning. He oversees the preparation of project concepts, applications and implementation frameworks, ensuring that ideas are turned into structured and realistic initiatives.
Grant Development & Coordination Officer
Aleksandr supports the development of grant applications, project documentation and coordination processes. His work focuses on shaping project ideas, preparing funding materials, managing timelines and helping teams navigate the practical requirements of EU and international funding.
Stakeholder Relations & Transparency Coordinator
Karin-Annika works with stakeholder communication, transparency and trust-building between partners, institutions and target groups. She supports clear communication, responsible project practices and engagement with communities involved in Youth CollaborAction's work.
Public Sector & Partnerships Coordinator
Alans focuses on cooperation with public institutions, partner organisations and external stakeholders. He helps build partnerships, coordinate communication with public-sector actors and strengthen the organisation's network for future projects and funding opportunities.
